Bookings
We take bookings via phone and facebook. If we don't respond please wait and we will reply as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
After booking you will automatically agree to and understand the terms and conditions provided below , and also agree to our style of photography - which you can always see on our website, facebook and instagram.

Prices 
All 3 package types and prices are given on our website under the PRICES heading.

When payment is due
First the photoshoot takes place and then all photos will be available for you to choose from your private online gallery. We'll start working on your photos as soon as we receive the payment. 

Choosing your photos
Within a week after the photoshoot you will receive a link from us to your online gallery where you can then choose your own personal favourites - those photos will be edited to perfection. The amount of photos you can choose from is chosen by us and it is not specified. Do not worry there are enough photos to choose from within your chosen package.

Cooperation
If certain members of the family are not cooperating and a sufficient amount of photos  for your package is not supplied then the photographers cannot be blamed and no more photos can be demanded.
You will only receive your chosen photos edited by us. Please do not ask for any of the RAW or JPEG photos, as we will only have to turn down the request as we don't offer that.

When to expect your photos
Delivery takes approximately 2-3 weeks after you choose your photos for editing and pay for them.

Editing and airbrushing
Your chosen photos are edited to our style. When booking with us do not expect any different styles than the ones that are visible on our website and social medias. We hand edit all photos and we don't use presets.

Travels
If we are required to travel further than 25 miles from Horsham we will gladly do so for an additional charge.

Suggestions
Your choice of clothes creates half the image, so if you want spectacular photos you must also dress that way. Searching the internet is a great way for inspiration on how to dress for family photoshoot. Leaving it to the last minute is a mistake so make sure you give it a good amount of time and thought, it will have a great impact on the final piece.

Timing
please try to arrive on time to your session as later arrival will shorten not only our but you're time to have a relaxed, stress free photoshoot session. For whatever reason you cannot make it to your session please contact us as soon as possible to ensure time to reschedule. While booking please keep in mind child's/childrens' routine so we don't book during your child's/children's usual sleeping time - these sessions aren't as successful.
